	Sign-In  Register            Ag Boosters Meeting - 1/9/2017 Review of minutes Treasurer's report old business - purchase of mats points system - review setting animal prices - stick with the same prices as last year - motion passed points systems - donating points - students must write a letter barn clean-up - Saturday, 1/14, 10-2 next meeting - 2/ Meeting - 12/14/16 Review of minutes Treasurer's report read  Wind breakers fundraiser - leave it open - through Hog Wild Point system - accruing points - purpose Barn Clean up Saturday - 10am-12pm Deer hunt - next fundraiser - drawing for a fully guided Axis deer hunt - for a hunter, 1 guest, and 1 trophy animal - hunter chooses date - See Shane Williams for more information - winner announced at banquet at the end of the year on May 1st, 2017 - 500 tickets printed - everyone gets 10 - $25/ticket or 5 for $100.  10 points for each ticket sold. Next meeting - Monday, January 9, 2017 - 6pm - Mrs. Wise's room Aquilla Jackpot Show - January 7, 2017 - HillCo Barn- Contact Beth Ann Gann Hogs - need sunlight - purchase of mats for pigs to walk outside Set animal prices - revisit AST chime in Adjourne Meeting - 11/7/2016 Review of minutes from 10/25/2016 Treasurer's report - 19 more vests sold, Hill College Scholarship money Extravaganza - No one has turned in any tickets as of yet; December 3 - a lot of things happening around town; need to push to sell tickets; Tiffany Williams offered to take list and call those who have tickets; turn tickets into Tina Lincoln or downtown; review of spreadsheet of job assignments; turn tickets in 11/18 and finalize everything Wind jackets sales going well Axis deer hunt fund raiser (Williams) - donate the hunt for whoever wins the drawing; $20/ ticket; 250 sold; name drawn at Banquet Tina Lincoln is new treasurer - need signature cards changed - motion to change names passed Ag Ed updates - Belton; majors registration; Ag Mech; Saturday - White Settlement - full project build; barn items to purchase; LDE's Wednesday; $270.76 - signage with expectations Resignations - Angela Boyd; need to fill position - tabled until next meeting -  Ticket turn in date 11/18  - at next meeting Meeting adjourned Meeting - 10/25/16 Money for the barn - what do we need? - shovels, wheel cart, etc. Meat sales - great fundraiser Fruit sale - December 1 - quick sale - 10 day turn around                                                                                                                            EXTRAVAGANZA - December 3rd                                           - tickets need to be turned in by Friday, 11/18 - need a band or DJ - from 7:30 - 11:00pm - have tentative DJ - building is reserved - culinary class makes sides - parents make desserts Wind jacket fundraiser                                                                                                                                                              - $30 each                                                                                                                                                                              - Vests - $40 each?
